ABOUT RE_LEAD
This group meets monthly throughout the school year for discipleship, community, and leadership development. They also play a key role in planning and shaping RE_Summit — from brainstorming ideas to helping bring the event to life.
RE_Lead is about more than just leadership. It’s about accountability, growth, and stepping up to be the example in your school, church, and friend group.

What age do you have to be to serve on the RE_Leadership Team?
The RE_Leadership team is made up of high school guys in 10th through 12th grade.
What does the RE_Leadership team do?
RE_Lead team members help shape and plan the RE_Summit event, serve behind the scenes, and lead by example. They’re also challenged to grow in their faith, build strong friendships, and learn what it means to lead like Jesus.
How often does the team meet?
The team meets once a month during the school year for leadership development, community, and planning for the annual RE_Summit event.
Why RE_Leadership?
Because teen guys need a space to lead, grow, and make an impact. RE_Leadership gives you the chance to be poured into while helping pour into others. It’s about growing in Christ and stepping into who God’s called you to be.
How do I apply?
Fill out the RE_Lead application when it opens in July! We’ll ask you a few questions about your faith, why you want to be part of the team, and how you’re plugged into your church or school community.
